I have had my phone since July 2024. After a little over 5 months the middle screen went to a orangish color on left side then 5 minutes later went black. I am still paying on. When spoke to tech they said I had to mail in which would take 3 weeks to fix or drive 75 miles to a center. When spoke to them. They said would have to bring down them look at it and see if can fix, then order part. I would then have to come back when parts are in. I would have to leave with them of 5 to 7 days. In which now I am driving 150 miles round trip 3 times. I told Samsung and clinic I could not go with out a phone that long. They did not care. I bought my phone Straight from Samsung hoping I would have as much trouble as buying from cell provider. Boy was I wrong.

The Samsung galaxy z fold 5 is really good I like holding the phone in one hand it’s very comfortable in my opinion the cameras are amazing the inner display is very good I love it nice work Samsung

DO NOTBUY SAMSUNG/ Galaxy Fold !! I don't have Verizon but Samsung is a horrible company and don't care about customers. My galaxy fold 5 I paid over $1,600.00 last November has multiple problems. They give you the run around, and customer service is the worst. They send you to another horrible company, UBREAKIFIX, and they tell you to send the phone in. It will be your worst nightmare. The camera and selfie quality are absolutely horrible. The screen freezes up, and you can't send pictures to certain people. The phone has issues charging and freezes up and very slow. I even got the 1 TB thinking it would help me.The bezel on the screen is lifting up, and I am being told that it's not covered under insurance, and if you go online, you can see many people having the same issue. So it's a poorly made phone, and the customers are suffering for it.

Make sure you have the screen protector replaced before 12 month they are junk

Had my fold 5 for 12 months 7 days and the screen protector started to peel away on the fold part of the screen. Now I figured that would be of no issue since the screen protector was placed on the phone by Samsung. well think again they refused because the warranty was out by 7 days. Like I told them if I had paid 500 dollars and had the screen protector put on myself, I would be fine with having it fixed and paying for it. But to pay around 1900 for a phone and the screen protector peels off that they install and they admit they give the first one free for 12 month they need to change that to the first one if free not just for 12 months. But Ill never buy another Samsung product for this reason!!! The poor rating is for a company like Samsung not to stand be hide the product they sell

screen got a leak after 2 months and verizon was going to send me a replacement. after waiting a week they never called or anything. they said they didn't have any after waiting a week and losing a paycheck for that week. so here i sit waiting for almost a year. i will trade it in pay everything off and take my money to another company. trash phone and trash company!

I love this phone but,it's time to switch!! I always having problems with the screen in the middle where it folds!! Now the build in screen is separating from the phone and Asurion will not cover saying that is broken I didn't break it . For this price it's hard to believe that Samsung haven't fix this problem yet!!!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I bought the fold 4 had till fold 6 came never had a problem with it dropped a 1000 times it finally went bad Scren got that large screen defect however I bought the fold 6

I wanted to follow up my review can't find it so here it is again, this phone is so over priced bought the samsung pencil also over priced only worked in in the fold screen not the main screen, phone cover also expensive and ugly now the phone is soooo unresponsive is tiring and frustrating using this phone, definitely this is my last samsung never ever again, I did try to sale this phone but I will get only peanuts for this phone so it's going to be a useless paper weight on my dresser, samsung should do a fair buy back I will sell this pice of junk in a heart bit so I recuperate some of my money.

I was promoted the Galaxy Z fold 4. I had it less than 4 months then the inner screen cracked at the hinge joint.Long story short, I went through 6 of these phones in a year and a half then payed my contract off just to get ridof it. I traded for the S24 Ultra 512gb in black and haven't looked backSamsung has a great idea on these folding phones, but the glass technology needs to catch up.
