INCORPORATION

In September, 1998, the North Alabama Prison Ministry was incorporated in State of Alabama as a nonprofit organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The initial funding was a memorial fund established in April, 1998, in memory of Eugene Eudy, who shared the gospel with prisoners and their families for over 20 years.
